The PhotoKada.com celebrates my thoughts, love, care and enthusiasm I have for photography. You may call it my vision, imagination or seeing. It all comes down to the same thing. The ability to envision a final result in my mind’s eye, and then to make it so with the tools in my hand.

My Photography

Here, I share my impressions of my journey to the wonder world of photography. I don’t exactly remember when the terminology “Photography” started to stuck in my brain. Of course, it’s not the terminology which pulled me. It’s something else…Still don’t have an exact answer why photography is a hidden passion in me. I haven’t tired clicking pictures before it become part of my profession. The first toy which came to my hands was a canon power shot s40, then Sony cyber shot DSC-P150 and Canon Power shot Pro1. And finally I brought my first camera Sony F717. And I believe it was a true companion for me to discover my hidden talent in photography.

By profession I am working on different multimedia technologies. Since 2000 I am part of UST-Global, a leading provider of end-to-end IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies. I was leading the Multimedia team, who were responsible for all the multimedia activities in UST Global. Now responsible for building AV Studios, a client centric multimedia production house model, under the leadership of Lawrence Lerner, a noted IT Services Consultant who has an experience of 22 yrs as IT strategist and chief architect for some of the world’s top brands.

About Myself

Sunil M Prabhakaran. I am born in Kerala, a southern state of India. Also know as God’s own country. To be more specific on the location it is Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala. I did my schooling in St.Joseph’s high school, and the Collage in Mahatma Gandhi Collage. I did my graduation in Psychology and later did my diploma in Computer Graphics and Design, and diploma in animation. Apart photography, I am also interested in corporate film making, watching great movies, listing to music compositions of Preisner, A.R Rahman, ilayaraja etc. I had a taste for paintings in my school days which unfortunately I left behind it in my school.

I live in trivandurm with my wife Manju and two sweet little girls, Nayana and Nandana. Nayana is now 6 and Nandana is 11 months. By profession Manju is a Faculty in Mathematics. Hope this give a better picture about me and my Photokada
